Shipping & Returns



We accept U.S., Canada, and select European orders at this time. Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 pm EST (excluding U.S. federal and banking holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding U.S. federal and banking holidays). Please note weekend deliveries are not available.

 Most items ship via UPS but reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note the transit times above are provided by the shipping carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed (i.e. Alaska or Hawaii may take longer).

Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged or incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service Department upon delivery. Please retain your packing slip and your invoice, the original packaging and any other packaging materials used for the return and contact Customer Service at

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for refund or exchange, provided:

  • Product is in new condition with original packaging
  • Product has not been used or altered
  • Product is accompanied by the original invoice
  • Product is returned within 30 days of delivery

Note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We recommend that you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

To return or exchange a product, please e-mail us at Customer service emails will typically be answered with 48 hours. 

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. Hold onto your shipping receipt until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.

We will take care of the rest for you! It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Special Considerations:

  • If you return an item bought as part of a bundle/set or with a promotional discount, and you do not return everything — not to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the full value of the discount or freebie.
  • Bundles/Sets: Discounts associated with bundles/sets cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Discounts/offers are not valid on past purchases, and may not be retroactively applied to past orders.


Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via e-mail. You can also track the status of your order online at Click on My Account and sign in to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed.
